The Company reserves the right to modify, improve and enhance the services offered on the Site at any time.   

Commitments of the Company    

Accessibility to the Site's services 
The Company undertakes to use all the means at its disposal to offer the best services to the User and to facilitate their access. In this respect, the Company endeavours to keep the Site accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. However, this access may be interrupted at the initiative of the Company or its service providers in charge of implementing and hosting the Site for maintenance or any other technical reason. In these specific cases of interruption, the Company will endeavour to inform the User in advance and to limit the duration of the interruption. The Company also reserves the right to interrupt access to the services without incurring any liability in cases such as, in particular, attacks on the Site (viruses, malicious intrusions, etc.) likely to have an impact on the capacity, security and integrity of the processing or data, the Company becoming aware of the presence of illicit content, or a request for suspension or restriction of access to the Site formulated by an administrative or judicial authority or by a third party. 

Data security and confidentiality
The Company complies with the requirements of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the Data Protection Act, and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when processing the User's personal data. In particular, the Company undertakes to ensure the security of the data in order to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties and to use them exclusively for the purposes of managing the User's unsolicited applications or applications for positions to be filled, and their follow-up. The Company shall not be held liable to the User for the loss or disappearance of data concerning him/her due to force majeure or to the act of a third party.

Commitments of the User    

The User undertakes and takes all appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and conservation of his/her access code and not to communicate it to anyone. The Company or any other company in the Group using the Site shall not be held responsible for any fraudulent use of the access code. Any operation carried out on the Site with the User's connection identifiers is deemed to have been carried out in the User's name and engages his responsibility. The sole purpose of the Site is to facilitate the Company's recruitment procedures. It must be accessible to the User for the sole purpose of enabling him to consult job offers and submit his application. In this respect, the User shall refrain, in particular, from any use contrary to the law in his personal space and in the free text areas made available on the Site, and in particular from sending messages or recording content of a violent, defamatory or illegal nature. 

Data Protection   

CNIL registration and Protection of personal data
Declared to the C.N.I.L. (“National Commission for Data Processing and Freedom”) under the identification number: 1410559. Information relating to the User is treated with respect and under confidentiality by the duly authorised personnel in charge of the Company’s human resources department, by an external recruitment firm which the Company may if necessary, call upon, when applicable, as well as the IT service providers involved in the implementation of the Website, for the sole purpose of analysing the content of CVs sent by the User and to proceed with recruitment processe. No personal information is collected without the User's knowledge or processed for purposes not intended.

User personal data
In accordance with the provisions of Law n°78-17 of January 6th 1978, as amended, known as the Data Protection Act, and Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the User may exercise his or her right to access, question and rectify, update and delete all data concerning him or her that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out of date, or whose collection would be prohibited, as well as a right to object in the context of Article 21 of the Regulation 2016/679, or to object to the use of data canvassing purposes, in particular commercial canvassing, to the limitation of processing when the User has objected, when they dispute the accuracy of the data, when the processing is unlawful, or when the User needs it for the establishment, exercise or defend their legal rights in court. The User also has the right to the portability of data declared actively and consciously when creating their account.
